Molding accuracy guarantee: Using 3D scanning reverse engineering and CAE mold flow analysis to predict shrinkage, deformation and other issues in advance, the product molding dimensional tolerance is stable within ± 0.01mm;
Material adaptation upgrade: Supports processing of high-quality mold steel and special alloy materials such as S136, H13, 718H, etc. The mold core hardness can reach HRC58-62, and the mold service life is ≥ 500000 times (standard working conditions).
