Core process:
CNC milling: equipped with German DMG Mori vertical/horizontal machining center, supporting 3-5 axis linkage, with machining accuracy of ± 0.003mm, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, suitable for complex cavities, curved surfaces, and porous workpieces;
CNC turning: Mazak turning and milling composite machine tool from Japan, with a spindle speed of ≤ 12000rpm and a dimensional tolerance of ≤± 0.002mm. It supports the machining of shaft, sleeve, and disc parts and can simultaneously complete the turning, milling, and drilling composite processes;
Five axis linkage machining: Swiss Mikron five axis machining center, swing angle range ± 120 °, spatial surface machining error ≤ 0.005mm, suitable for irregular parts and complex structural parts (such as aerospace components);
Grinding/wire cutting: surface grinder (accuracy ± 0.001mm), slow wire cutting machine (tolerance ± 0.002mm), EDM spark machine (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m), meet the requirements of ultra-high precision forming;
Material adaptation: Supports processing of multiple materials such as stainless steel (304/316), carbon steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper alloy, high-temperature alloy, engineering plastics (PEEK/PTFE/PA), etc., with hardness adaptation to HRC0-65.
Batch stability: Adopting an automated loading and unloading system+SPC statistical process control, the CV value of batch processing size consistency is ≤ 3%, and the defect rate is controlled below 0.2%.
